When the Varney's normally went on holiday, we tended to go to different places each year. Then in 2011 we went to Beyaz for the first time. Four years later we found ourselves buying the place. Beyaz has everything you could want from a holiday. Comfortable clean apartments. Lovely gardens, great swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. What really makes it special though is the staff and our guests. We have made some great friends over the years and they keep coming back for more. If you are a couple looking for a bit of you time then Beyaz is great during term time. Then once the school holidays arrive Beyaz is full of families and friends enjoying the best that Turkey and Dalyan has to offer. Roland who used to be the owner of Beyaz is still very much involved and is fab when it comes to arranging boat trips and days out. He is fountain of knowledge about the area and still lives in Dalyan for most of the year.

Sarah and I live in Salisbury Wiltshire, UK. We have 4 children, Sophie, Dan, Beth and Jacob. I run a business called Revive Vending and I am also Chair of Trustees for a small charity called EdUKaid. EdUKaid renovate schools and set up pre-primary schools in rural Tanzania. Sarah and I helped Sarah's brother form the charity in 2003. Our youngest son, Jacob is still at school all the others are working. Beth works as a manager at a local gym and Sophie and Dan work at Revive. We are a very social family and our house in the UK is always busy with friends visiting and family gatherings. We like to think that Beyaz is an extension of this. We never envisaged that one day we would be hoteliers but here we are. 20015 was our first year and we loved every minute of it. Serdar our manager does a fantastic job. He hires the right staff who understand how to look after guests. We are very proud of all of our staff.

Beyaz is just 5 minutes walk from town but it is far enough away to bring a welcome peace from the busy centre. We have some lovely neighbours who keep an eye on our property like any good neighbour would. There are mountains all around and we are just a short boat ride or taxi from the beautiful Turtle Beach. Yes turtles actually lay their eggs there every year and you are almost guaranteed to see a turtle whenever you go to the beach. It is also quite common to see tortoises and terrapins in their natural habitat. One of the things our guests love the most when they come to Beyaz is the boat trips we arrange. A whole days adventure either enjoying the Aegean Sea, the lakes and mud baths, or crabbing and turtle watching. From April through to November, the weather is nearly always hot here. Slightly cooler April to June when it is a great opportunity to visit some of the ancient ruins that Dalyan is famous for. Then July to the end of September the heat is at its strongest. Then again cooling down slightly through October.
