The access to the Guest House is self check-in. The instructions and code will be sent at least 24 hours before the check-in and after we receive a copy of passport or ID or drivers license of each guest. Only complete the reserve if you agree with self check-in and send the passport or ID or drivers license copy.
Please be aware that since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. Therefore, for each guest, a valid ID or passport must be showed and some data such name, birthdate and ID number will be collected to report guest's information to SEF (called the Accommodation Bulletin).
