Villa Susy is a spacious terraced villa located in a quiet and green area of ​​Desenzano del Garda, particularly suitable for those who appreciate holidays with ample space available and a wealth of facilities. The house is on several levels. On the ground floor there is a sitting area, a dining area, a kitchen with an oven and plenty of appliances, a bathroom and a private garden for sunbathing or dining outdoors. On the first floor we have a windowed bathroom and three large bedrooms with double beds. All rooms have access to the balconies. The air conditioning is located only in the sleeping area. On the second floor there is a utility room / laundry room and a large private panoramic terrace on which it is possible to lie in the sun in absolute privacy. Coming out of the structure, through a pedestrian path, you reach a large parking lot. Through the same driveway you can reach a park equipped with benches and games for children. For your safety we have chosen to equip the kitchen with an induction hob, while the heating and hot water boiler is located outside the structure. All areas are covered by a powerful free WiFi. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet and green residential area. Starting from the house you can take relaxing walks in the neighboring parks, take the children to play in the equipped parks, take bike rides along the cycle paths through enchanting vineyards and places of historical interest. At about 700 meters there is the famous "golden beach". Nearby is the pedestrian area of ​​the lively village of Rivoltella, full of services with bars, restaurants, shops, markets, parties, etc. Easily accessible from the A4 Milan-Venice (Verona) motorway. The train station is about 1.5 km away. The location is strategic for those who want to visit the parks of Lake Garda, the localities of the lake, which can also be reached by boat, and the cities of art (Verona, Mantua, Venice).
