The welcoming atmosphere is perceptible from the very first steps inside the lodging. • Air conditioning is available in all rooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature in every season. • The living area is enhanced by the presence of a Smart TV, allowing you to comfortably enjoy all the entertainment you desire on Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video, without annoying interruptions, thanks to the high-speed fiber Wi-Fi connection. • The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, and microwave. Additionally, it comes fully stocked with everything necessary for food preparation. • A washing machine is provided, particularly convenient for extended stays. • The bedroom, featuring a double Memory TopComfort mattress, ensures superior sleep quality. Two different types of pillows are available to further maximize comfort. All our facilities are located in a very quiet and well-served neighborhood by city buses (two lines connect us to the entire Cagliari hinterland, and the stops are only 200 meters away from the property). Services are certainly not lacking: 20 meters away is our top choice, the Luxar Bar Restaurant, which offers excellent breakfasts in the morning and can delight you with tasty dishes and delicious pizzas in the evening, even in its indoor dining area. For your evening aperitifs, 150 meters away, you'll find the Daluef Bar, open until late at night with a pleasant covered outdoor area. Supermarkets, pastry shops, pharmacies, fuel stations, car washes, pubs, swimming pools, and gyms are also within 1 kilometer radius from our accommodations. Beyond traditional dining, Assemini is well served by home delivery apps like Deliveroo and Glovo if you don't want to give up on a meal from McDonald's or KFC without having to move. There's also a Japanese restaurant in town, Oishii Sushi, which provides very fast home deliveries. Food aside, which is undoubtedly a crucial aspect of your stay, you shouldn't leave Assemini without taking home a small piece of traditional ceramic art: there are many artists in the city, and we recommend the showcases of Giovanni Deidda and the Nioi Brothers.
