Guesthouse In Villa, short lets of the villa, it is a beautiful and comfy villa in nice and very safe private resort in the residential area of Bari, called Torre a Mare. The villa is large and quiet. Well equipped with good furniture and a terrace with garden to enjoy. Train station is at 20 min. walking from the resort entrance. Torre a Mare centre is at 30 min.walking. Close to nice public beaches. Perfect to be relaxed in the private pine trees garden and/or to make excursions around Puglia. It is very easy to take the main road for Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Ostuni, Castellana Grotte, Lecce, Cisternino, Castel del Monte, Trani, Matera, etc. You will also have a parking just at the gate of the villa. Good connections by bus and train. The bus stop for Bari centre, Torre a Mare beaches and villages around Bari, is at the entrance of the resort. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with en suite, a 2nd bedroom with outside private bathroom , a large kitchen and a very large living room. On the ground floor (downstairs), there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom -shared for 2 bedrooms) and a living room. Downstairs there ARE NOT exterior windows -very fresh during summer.

Hello, I'm able to use this very good level villa only for short times during the year. That's why I decided to share with other guests the place giving for SHORT LETS the entire villa and possibility to use the large equipped and shared kitchen, living room and garden. Private parking in front of the villa and very very reasonable prices :)) Please, you have to well remember to send me asap your ID or Passport that is obligatory by italian law and your arrival time. The check in is only BY APPOINTMENT. Enjoy my place.:))
