We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia and Jacopo. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good

Large three-room apartment located a few kilometers from Milan Rho Fair. Surrounding by 3 large terraces, it's very bright and consist of two bedrooms (with double bed or twin beds), two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, an ample living room with sofa bed and a separate kitchen. Free car parking can be found easily on the street, alternatively the garage is also available to guests. The neighborhood is residential but all services (supermarket, bank, restaurants and hospital) are within walking distance. Private entrance with self check-in: Keys are inside a safe box and Bnbook staff is available for any need To clean our flats we cooperate with a cleaning company that provides services also for hotels and focuses on the rooms disinfection by following the procedure based on experts’ and dictated by government’s and health organizations’ rules.

Whether you decide to arrive by plane, train or car, the apartment will always be easily accessible because it is located only 3 km from the railway station and underground line. The neighborhood is residential and is surrounded by major services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, post offices and hospitals. The apartment is located about 5 km from the Fiera di Rho. You can decide to reach the Fair by car in just 5 minutes and park your car for free in the surrounding area (Silvia will give you all the necessary information), from here you can take the train or the red line underground to the center of Milan, reachable in just 15 minutes. For those who prefer a private service, the structure provides a shuttle service to / from the Fair or Central Station and airports upon reservation.
