My name is Georgia Smpyraki. Come Discover the real Crete with us! Villa Asigonia is a stone built villa with wooden ceilings.The villa is 300 sqm and can accommodate up to 11 guests. With 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens with a dining area, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In a private plot of 2.000 sqm. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room which is spacious with a stone arch separating it from the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining area. A corridor leads to the spacious master bedroom which has a king size double bed with an en suite bathroom and a shower cabin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the corridor there is a stone built master bathroom. All the rooms on the ground floor lead to the swimming pool area. In the upper floor is the second house where there is a living room.There is a second kitchen and a dining area with a classic fireplace. The corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms the first has a king size bed.The second bedroom 2 single beds with an en suite bathroom.The third bedroom has two single beds. In the corridor there is an extra master bathroom. All the rooms have their own balcony with breathtaking views of nature.

In the front area of the private plot is an outdoor jacuzzi pool not heated for 5 people to sit in, a infinity swimming pool 40sqm and a childrens pool. The swimming pool is infinity which is specially designed to give the impression of merging with the horizon. Around the swimming pool area are sunbeds and umbrelles. There also is a barbecue with charcoal and a table for you to dine outside enjoying the spectacular views. Because of the privileged position of the swimming pools and the outdoor jacuzzi pool there is sun all day long from sunrise to sunset in the pool area. Furthermore there are lots of sitting spots for you to admire different views. For our small guests entertainment there is a Playground covered with lawn. We have a 2-seater swing set for a baby & older children. A beautiful garden with fruit trees, flowers,herbs, lawn. There is also fruit trees for our guests to enjoy. A stone built water spring matching with the enviroment. The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering privacy to our guests. In our spacious private grounds there is parking area for 4 cars. The view from the villa is panoramic.

The lots of water springs,the rich vegetation the running mountain springs, the ravines, the small creeks,the continuous changes of the landscapes will fascinate you.
