Plagia Villas sit on a slope in the seaside village of Foinikas, just 8 km from the port town of Ermoupolis, facing the blue horizon of the Aegean. There are four styles of villa to choose from , each style with its own character, size, and facilities such as pool access or private Jacuzzi. The Villas were designed and built with three elements in mind: comfort, quality and the unique local architecture. All villas have wood floors and ceilings, central heating, fireplace, and air conditioned bedrooms, private parking, and private terraces. While Plagia-Villas sit on the quiet slope everything you may need is within walking distance: Beaches, a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, and the local bus stop are all on the main road just a few hundred meters away.

Syros is where Greek tradition and western influence live in perfect harmony. The magnificent public buildings, such as the City Hall, the Customs Office, and “Apollo” theater, are testimony to its glorious past. The Town Hall of Ermoupolis is located in Miaouli square. Syros is also well-known throughout Greece for its gastronomic peculiarities. Its culinary tradition stems from the days of Syros’ maritime links with the rest of Europe. And because Syros is an island, seafood is a staple of the local diet. The Roman Catholic district, or Ano Syros (meaning upper Syros), and the fortress-like St. George’s cathedral are located on St. George Hill. Climb up the stairs to the top of the hill, navigate through the picturesque narrow streets, past the traditional whitewashed houses, archways and open spaces, and you will be rewarded with a breathtaking view!
