This quiet and comfortable ground floor Studio is part of a residential complex in a big family estate located at Kokkini Hani and covers an area of 8,5 acres. It is 1,8km - 4 minutes by car away from the nearest beach. It's an ideal place to enjoy privacy and relaxing holidays. The studio is about 40m2, equipped with most amenities a couple or a small family may need. There is a double bed, a sofa that can be changed into a double bed and a single bed, a bit smaller than standard. Also there is a small kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal. The place is fully cleaned upon arrival, however cleaning service is not provided during your stay (in accordance with Greek law on short-term leasing). Please note that this studio is not recommended for very tall residents. It is a traditional residence with a low ceiling (2,10m). Our gardens are shared with our guests and free parking space is always available inside the estate. It is advisable to rent a car or motorcycle in order to fully enjoy your stay as walking to the beach is rather a long distance and uphill.

Kokkini Hani is located 14km east of Heraklion and only 10km from the airport. It's a place you can find supermarkets (open every day until late at night) and convenience stores, such as bakery, Chemist's, Department stores, Rental cars. For your entertainment there are cafés and bars, Chinese and Thai Restaurants, traditional Greek tavernas, There are several sandy beaches around the area. Kokkini Hani is an excellent base to explore the region, being quite close to most sites in central Crete. It is also convenient for a visit to the Palace of Knossos and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum. Two kilometers away from your studio you can find Watercity, one of the most fabulous waterparks in Greece. CretaAquarium (one of the largest and most modern aquariums in Europe) and Dinosauria park are about 8΄minutes away.
