The house is opposite Agia Varvara church. There are 3 organized beaches that can be reached on foot as they are about 100 meters away from the house. Marathonas A and Marathonas B beaches are sandy beaches. The area has many seaside cafes, restaurants and beach bars and there is also a supermarket at 30 meters from the house. A health center, pharmacy, and ATM can be found 5km away from Aegina town. Getting around: •1 hour 15 minutes away by regular ferry or 40 minutes away by the fast ‘Flying dolphin’ from Piraeus Port (Athens). •The maisonette is located on the main road that connects the main town of Aegina and Perdika.
