The villa of 270 sq.m. is peacefully located in Mouzaki with panoramic views across the island and complete privacy. This deluxe 4-bedroom villa offers free of charge: outdoor pool with sun loungers and outdoor dining area, jacuzzi, terraces, garden, air conditioning, wifi, parking, 2 sitting areas, 2 dining areas, fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking hob, dishwasher , microwave, coffee maker, kettle), daily cleaning and change of linen and towels, satellite TV, plasma screen, barbeque, alarm and concierge services. Meals are served on request at extra charge. The bathroom includes luxury toiletries. A supermarket can be reached within a short distance. Agios Sostis beach is 4.5 km away. Ark Luxury Villa is 9.5 km away from the town of Zakynthos and 4 km from Laganas. Dionysios Solomos International Airport in Zakynthos is the closest and is 8.5 km away from the accommodation.
