Welcome to Manor Farm Stay. We offer comfortable farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation and self-catering glamping pods amidst peaceful rural surroundings. We are located just 15 minutes walk from Sutton on Sea, a friendly seaside village in Lincolnshire, with glorious long sandy beaches. We offer three en suite bed and breakfast rooms in the farmhouse complete with handcrafted beds, cosy duvets and views of fields, gardens or the farmyard. We have built four luxury self-catering glamping pods which nestle in the peaceful grassy meadow. Whether it's farmhouse B&B or self-catering glamping we hope you will enjoy a relaxing stay! In the farmhouse B&B the large bedrooms are on the ground floor and first floor. Two of the rooms can be laid out as a super king-size or twin, the third has a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. They have en suite shower rooms, wooden floors, and lovely rural views. WiFI and TV. Children under 2 stay free (travel cot provided). An air-bed can be provided for children 2-14 (additional charge). Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement (additional fee applies) but not all of the rooms are dog-friendly so please call us to check before booking. The well-established garden is a nice spot for a wander, and maybe a chat over the fence with our sheep, hens and ducks. By evening you may be lucky enough to see the resident owl and vast starry skies. The glamping pods are self-catering and self-contained with an en suite toilet/shower room and fully equipped kitchen facilities, including a microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. The pods comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children. Bedlinen provided but not towels. No WiFi or TV in the pods. We have designed and built the pods ourselves so they have their own individual character and we hope you enjoy the beautiful space we have created. The pods are subtly themed to reflect the farm animals and wildlife you are likely to see on the farm.

Your hosts are Rachel Mager and Dom Adcock. We moved to Manor Farm, Rachel's childhood home, in 2014. From the outset, opening the farmhouse as a B&B seemed to be the obvious way to breathe new life into the farm and to share this peaceful place with other people. Our passions are permaculture, self-sufficiency and low impact living, but never at the expense of your comfort and enjoyment as a guest at Manor Farm Stay. This is a green B&B and we source as many of the breakfast ingredients as we can either locally or from our large fruit and vegetable garden. We believe you can taste the difference - come and find out for yourself! We love spending time on the farm and would be happy to show you around the gardens and introduce you to the animals. We have lots of projects ongoing and we're currently building glamping pods. Rachel is often to be found in the greenhouse with The Archers playing on the solar powered radio and the chickens having a scratchy dust-bath in the freshly planted vegetable bed (grrrr!) nearby. Dom meanwhile can be found handcrafting beautiful bespoke wooden bedroom furniture for the guest rooms or perfecting the Dom-lette, an amazing chilli-infused omelette, which features on the breakfast menu.

Sutton on Sea blends together all the perfect ingredients for a traditional seaside holiday - clean beaches, classic beach chalets, lots of fresh air, and a selection of restaurants and cafes. Sandilands and the Coastal Country Park is just down the road, with a plethora of peaceful sandy beaches and walks. Lincolnshire offers something for everyone, whether it’s enjoying activities and nature in the Lincolnshire Wolds, taking in the history of Lincoln, or visiting the bustling seaside towns. We welcome well-behaved dogs at Manor Farm Stay and there are lots of dog-friendly beaches nearby. Please note that not all of the rooms are dog-friendly so please contact us before booking. We like cycling and walking and have created a B&B that is cyclist and walker friendly. We can provide locked facilities for your bikes and advice on local routes. Plus a lovely Garden Room to relax in afterwards. There are even things to do in Autumn and Winter! We are only 30 mins drive from Donna Nook Nature Reserve, where in November and December grey seals give birth to their pups near the sand dunes. In 2017 there were 2033 pups born – don't miss this amazing wildlife spectacle!
