## The space The building is an industrial space with contemporary interior and traditional large windows. The ground floor is an open plan living space with kitchen/dining area and lounge. There is plenty of room to relax after a long day exploring the city, whether you want to sit down for a home cooked meal or catch up on your favourite programmes. The top floor is a large master bedroom with a comfortable Super Kingsize bed with a memory foam mattress and ensuite bathroom. As well as an office area including a large desk and cupboard space. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a second bathroom. The cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen on the beds before your arrival. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. ## Guest interaction I wont be available in person, but my support team will be available 24/7.

## The neighborhood The house is tucked away on a quiet mews. However, it's close to the tube and only a short walk from the vibrant buzz of Shoreditch, with its numerous bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. It's also on the cusp of the City and close to the West End. ## Getting around The flat is perfectly located to explore London with great transport connections, Old Street tube Station is just a 2 minute walk and a major transport hub in the city, allowing you to get to some of London's best loved areas in no time: - 22 minutes to Waterloo and Southbank, with attractions such as the London eye and London Dungeons - 24 minutes to London Victoria which is the best train station for access to Buckingham Palace - 25 minutes to Westminster, where you can see Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of parliament - 15 minutes to Oxford Circus Use subway 1, turn left up the stairs. walk to the corner of Brunswick Place. Bar/Restaurant on the corners "Barclays Stouts" Hill and Szrok Lots of bus options at the bottom of the road.
