Via the impressive shared hallway with it's marble mosaic flooring & stained glass leaded windows, relax in the privacy and luxury of the apartment, a perfect base to explore the city and region or a fantastic hideaway to do nothing but recharge and relax. Enjoy the private courtyard with its little water fountain, a perfect place for an idyllic apéritif. The apartment has high ceilings with original plasterwork detailing, along with an over one hundred years old terracotta tiled flooring, large airy windows with wooden shutters on the listed facade. It has recently been installed with new energy efficient radiators and an air conditioning unit, but based on the knowledgable design practices and innovations of past generations, I love the fact it is cool in Summer & snug in Winter.
