The house is located in the district "Pont de Crau", outside old town (5 min by car) but close from shops (10 min walking from grocery, butcher, bakery, phamarcy...) and commercial area (Zone Fourchon at 5 min by car) The house has the air conditioning in each floor. On ground floor a dinning room, living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), a beautiful bathroom, a garage (with washing machine) and a garden including a BBQ and two space for cars It's a real asset to have a parking without constaints and then go outside to visit Arles or surroundings *** It's completely forbidden to charge electric vehicle from the house ***
