La Vente is situated a short distance from the village of Passais. Set in an tranquil location yet is just a 10 minute walk from the village centre. A former farmhouse it has had substantial modernosation. Most recently the cottage adjoining the main house has been renovated to provide holiday accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value accommodation that is of a good standard and is great for couples who want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful area of France
We moved to France over three years ago and have never regretted making the move. Life is relaxed and we have the opportunity to experience the French "laid back" lifestyle. The local community are wonderful and there is always some activity available. Our aim is to offer good value accommodation and want our guests to enjoy relaxing stays at La Vente.
Passais is a tranquil village yet all you need for day to day life. Bakers, butcher, banks with ATM, Tabac, bookshop, doctor and pharmacy. Plus a lively bar fopr those evening meals. Nearby is the village of St Fraimbault famous for its stunning flower displays which have won many national awards. Just 10 km away is the hostoric town of Domfront with a wide range of shops. In addition it has a rich history to discover. throughout the area there are many gems to discover.
