Our apartment in Central Cannes is located in a restored and beautifully maintained French Provencal Mansion in central Cannes. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the pretty courtyard with fruit trees. There is free parking . Free WIFI. Booking by adult 25 years or older. The property is secured by a high wall and iron gates. Inside the apartment, you get a feeling of freshness and space. The rooms are airy and large, the big windows look out to the courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, Italian shower room, living dining room and hallway. The beds are new. Fresh new paint and floors throughout, as well as a new shower room and kitchen with all new appliances. There are cosy armchairs and a cosy white sofa in the living room. Seating for 6 at the dining table. You can also dine outside in the patio. This is a private and very quiet apartment within walking distance to the Palais de Festivals, the big hotels and the fabulous sandy beaches. The train station is 5 minutes away . Nice airport is 25 minutes away by car. The Building/ mansion has 8 other apartments. Check in after 8 Pm is charged 50 euros

I am an American living in France for the past 10 years. I have been renting this apartment only recently and my tenants have all enjoyed their stay here. Cannes has many activities. You can go sailing here, there are many cinemas and some in English, the restaurants are first class, with fresh fish and shellfish a speciality on the beach side restaurants. Astoux and De Laura are favourites. I speak English, French and Spanish and Italian. I would like to welcome you to stay in our lovely sunny apartment in Central Cannes.

Rue Merle is close to the Palais de Festivals, the Croisette and the sandy beaches of Cannes The Cannes Film Festival, MIPCOM, MIPTV, The Yacht Show, are held within walking distance from our flat. The Beaches are 10 minutes away There you hire loungers to pass a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The sea here is pretty safe to swim in. We hardly have any big waves, undertow, or jelly fish to worry about. The restaurants on the beaches offer some of the best food. Try Ondine, Baioli, or Waikiki beaches, for a nice relaxing beach day out. Our neigbourhood has supermarkets, chemists/pharmacies, butchers and bakers nearby. At 30 yards from our building you will find the Boucherie d Orient, which has hot Roast chickens for sale until 8 PM. It's so easy to pick one up on the way back to the apartment, for a quick delicious hot dinner. The Rue Hoche nearby has many good restaurants including Sushi and Oriental dishes. Gambetta Market, is an open air daily market with flowers, fruit, vegetables, clothes, jewlery, and even shoes can be bought there. It is 5 minutes away and runs from 8 till 1PM. The Cannes Train station is 5 minutes away. Nice Int'l. airport is 25 minutes away by car.
