The property is available for rent from 19/11/2018. On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of our team who will give you the keys and will make you visit the apartment. They will advise you places and events not to be missed in ROUEN. The deposit of 350 eur will be pre-authorised 3 days before your arrival.

Hirondelle de Rouen is located in hyper-center, a few meters from the Place du Vieux Marché, a few steps from the main sites of the historic city and the main means of transport (metro, bus, tram, Fast Line). This will allow you to easily move and reach the interesting places of Rouen (The Zenith, The Palatine Technopole Business Center, the Docks, the faculties, ...). The place is close to the University Hospital, the Town Hall, the Conservatoire, the Gros Horloge, La Croix de Pierre, Saint Mark Square and the Rouen Cathedral. Do not miss the nearby Old Market, which has witnessed the execution of Joan of Arc. Throughout the city, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. You can go to the following car parks close to the property: "square of Arts" or "La pucelle" (the lower in price, and 300 meters away).
