It features a 5x20 meter heated swimming pool, surrounded by a selection of sunbeds and umbrellas, two chill-out areas ideal for enjoying cocktails or coffee, and a spacious outdoor dining table for 10 people next to an inviting barbecue area, perfect for social or family events. The garden and a covered terrace extend the space for outdoor enjoyment. The first floor offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with double beds and TV; two provide access to an intimate patio and the third opens onto the main terrace, offering enchanting views. Equipped with shower, hairdryer and towels, the bathrooms guarantee comfort, one of them with bathtub. The living room, with a dining area for eight, comfortable sofas in front of a Smart TV and a desk, is complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette for your culinary needs. Moving up to the second floor, you will find another kitchen, a terrace with sea views and a cozy chill-out area, a living room with a fireplace and dining area for four, two additional double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, ensuring a private and luxurious retreat. The top of the villa houses an exclusive area with kitchen, dining area for four, a double bed, sofa, bathroom and is surrounded by panoramic windows facing the sea, including access to two balconies to soak up the marine atmosphere. Amenities such as private parking for three cars, high-speed wifi, air conditioning and a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer add up to create a carefree stay.
