Villa Margarita is a traditional and modern Villa located in one of the best areas of Puerto Pollensa, The cottage style villa is all on one level with bright and medirranean style and provides a good holiday accommodation with private pool, a stone made BBQ, AC and Free HIGH SPEED WIFI OF 100 MB. The access to the Villa leads directly into the lounge and dining area and to the new furnished kitchen, totally equipped with all modern facilities and devices for your perfect holiday time. From the living room there is an access to the little hall that leads to the 2 nice bedrooms of Villa Margarita. One bedroom with double bed offers stunning views to the mountains and the other one with 2 single beds looks at the pool and garden area, between them a modern and rustic bathroom. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
