INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR which has a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace with views of the pool. A fully equipped independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of two bedrooms with two single beds each and access to the terrace with sea views from both bedrooms and finally there is a bathroom with shower. OUTSIDE: A terrace with a 9x3.5 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower, as well as a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. It has parking for 2 vehicles within the same plot. LOCATION: Only 200 m away is the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco as well as the nearest restaurant. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away and the center of Calpe 1.5 km away. OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi.
