The Village House is a traditional Spanish town house, constructed more than 100 years ago. The accommodation is set over 3 floors, plus a basement/storage area and a roof terrace. On the ground floor is the basement/storage area with room for bicycles, and other equipment. On the first floor is the kitchen with all the usual amenities, including table and chairs for dining and sofa for relaxing. On the second floor is a hallway with access to a small juliet balcony, the shower room/toilet and a bedroom with two single beds. On the third floor is the living room and the second bedroom with a large double bed (with a roof window). On the fourth floor is the roof terrace, which has a slightly sloping roof. There is space for relaxation and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. During the winter warm duvets are provided plus electric heaters. During the summer fans are provided for cooling. Unfortunately, due to its layout (stairs, roof terrace), the property is not suitable for young children. It is also not suitable for people with mobility problems. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, free of charge, but a damage deposit may be required.

Our Covid 19 precautions The safety and health of our guests is important to us. We are taking extra steps to allow for the current health situation. - We are allowing a break of at least 2 nights between each booking, to allow the house and its facilities to 'quarantine' - As well as our usual thorough cleaning, appropriate areas and facilities will be sanitised - All bed clothes will be washed at 60 deg, and quarantined - Some facilities will be limited, eg cushions, so they can be used for alternate bookings and quarantined
