Villa Moreno is one of the best rented houses in the area of Pino Alto. Its totally secluded private garden allows you to feel very comfortable and not overlooked. Pine forest right in front of the house provides fresh and cool air even in August. The ground floor consists of: spacious living room with large dining area with direct access to shady terrace; fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, and washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with inbuilt wardrobes. The first floor consists of: master bedroom with direct access to beautiful open terrace, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and another bathroom with a shower and a bath. At the entrance of the house you will find a large terrace followed by sun terrace. The terrace has an access to the house by general entrance, to have a comfortable access to the kitchen, or by living room entrance to the terrace. Large swimming pool 8x4mts with sun-longes and nice trees give you welcoming shade in summer months. As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not allowed. It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
