Our amazing three-bedroom apartment is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a nice stay in the lovely city of Alicante. All bedrooms have an AC (hot and cold) as well as the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy the sunny balcony while having a nice glass of Cava or some lunch. The apartment has a great location on a quiet street, which is on walking distance to many amenities like bars, supermarkets, restaurants, night life, museums etc. It is just 2 minutes away from Plaza de Toros and less then 15 minute’s walk to the old-town of Alicante. In 10 minutes you are at the Mercado Central for your fresh products and the real Alicante experience. Here you also find the tram stop. This tram brings you all the way to Benidorm, Altea or Denia but also to Playa San Juan, a lovely beach where you can eat some amazing paella. It is free parking in the street and surroundings of the apartment. However, should you prefer to leave your car in a secured place, there are several parking possibilities 5 minutes away from the property.

You will be welcomed by Fleur, she is from Amsterdam – The Netherlands and has been living in Alicante for over 4 years. Over the last 15 years she has developed a special interest and love for Spain and after living in several Spanish cities, she eventually chose Alicante as her final destination. Fleur is enthusiastic about Spain and about what the Costa Blanca and especially Alicante has to offer and loves to share her experiences and recommendations with others. She has been a host for years and she will be there for you to make sure your stay will be unforgettable. Fleur speaks Dutch, English, Spanish and little bit of German and French. However, she always manages to communicate with people of all kind of nationalities and makes sure everyone gets a good introduction to the property and a nice welcome to Alicante.

The apartment is located on a quiet and traditional neighborhood in the city center of Alicante, 2 minutes away from the Plaza de Toros (the bull ring). Alicante is ideal to discover by foot, as you find all kind of amenities like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, 24-hour shop nearby. Within 15 minutes you walk into the old town of Alicante with the St. Nicolas Co-Cathedral, a lot of ambience and many restaurants and bars. The well-known Explanada de España with the beautiful palm trees is also nearby and from there you can easily walk to the Postiguet Beach. For some amazing views you go to the top of Castillo de Santa Barbara, you can either walk up or take the elevator. The shopping street Maisonnave is where you find stores as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Mango and the warehouse El Corte Inglés and is a 15 minutes walk. If you prefer to do some indoor shopping, Alicante has 2 big shopping centers: Centro Comercial Plaza Mar 2 and Centro Comercial Gran Via. If you like to explore more of the Costa Blanca, you can take the tram and discover places as Campello, Benidorm, Altea, Denia. The tram is a very easy and cheap way to travel and the tram stop is located just next to the Market.
