Small stone and timberland house. It is within a plot where there is also the owners' house, swimming pool, covered barbecue,outdoor kitchen, garden, chill out and solarium.Kitchen, stone bathroom with shower, sitting area, TV, wifi and bedroom 160x200 bed. It is a small house of stone and wood 150 years old but was renovated in 2014. It has wonderful views over the coast of Adeje and on clear days you can see the islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma. The sunsets are amazing. Electric stove with two burners, large fridge freezer apart, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a varied and full kitchen .Small living room with loveseat and a table for two and TV. The access to the bedroom is not recommended if you have any mobility difficulties, it is a 160x200 bed, mirror and desk, has a window with views directly into the garden and from which you can see the pool area and La Gomera Island. The maximun occupancy is for two adults. The house is within the same plot where the house of the owners. Common areas that could eventually be shared pool, barbecue, chillout and solarium. We have 2 friendly dogs(golden retriever) Byron and Cloe, and two cats (Eminem & Nanis)

It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The property also the small house are at the end of a street without leakage with other houses around and a small family laundry posed that is not an inconvenience for a relaxation. The access to the small house is made by a large private wooden gate completely independent at the entrance to the owner's House. The district is 2 km away from popular supermarkets and 5 km from the nearest beach. It is out of the most popular areas but close access to them (beaches, areas of shopping, restaurants, watersports, etc...). The area is very popular and used for cycling and paragliding.
