This beautiful Mediterranean-style house is located in the neighborhood of Barcarès, just a few minutes by car from Alcúdia. Villa Trinxater has a privileged location close to the mountains and to the ocean. Whenever you don't feel like going out sightseeing or hiking, you can stay at home and enjoy the scenery from its beautiful garden and its private pool. This beach house is perfectly equipped for you to spend an excellent holiday with friends and family. Villa Trinxater is distributed in four bedrooms with WIFI, an indoor full bathroom, and an outdoor bathroom. The Villa has air conditioning and heating, this service has no extra cost. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. The kitchen is entirely furnished and set with everything you might need during your vacation. If you would prefer to take the gathering to the garden, there is a barbecue just as ready as the kitchen, a ping pong table and a private pool. Villa Trinxater is located on the ground floor of the property, being the pool and all the facilities private. The apartment upstairs is not included.

In its great location, just 3 minutes drive from the center of Alcúdia Old Town and 5 min to Puerto Pollensa beach, this mediterranean beach house is the perfect spot to discover the north of the island. Alcúdia is a beautiful historic village, surrounded with old roman houses and antique buildings, such as a roman theater. Here you will find restaurants, shops, cafes and historic places. The weekly market is always on Tuesday and Sundays. Beaches are also of a 5 stars quality in this town, from long sandy ones to private small coves. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the sandy beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables .
