This charming villa in Majorcan style with a private pool in Porreres invites 6 guests. Outside, the views of the countryside invite you to relax and enjoy swimming in the 9x4m chlorine pool, which is 1.05 to 2.10m deep. It is surrounded by 8 sun loungers for sunbathing. There is a porch ideal for preparing a barbecue and dining with the family, as well as a terrace with a ping pong table. If you want to enjoy a holiday in total privacy you are in the right place. It is worth mentioning that this house has solar energy installed. This fantastic two-storey villa will be ideal for your holiday. Relax in the living-dining room, located on the ground floor, which is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace while reading your favourite book or watching satellite TV with your loved ones. The kitchen has a gas hob and has all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it's time to sleep, there are three bright bedrooms with wardrobes. One bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms with two single beds on the first floor. A cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. All bedrooms have a fan for the summer and in the winter the house has oil central heating. The second bathroom also has a shower and is located on the upper floor.

For a spectacular sunset, don't hesitate to go to the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita, fine sandy beaches where you can admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. In this area there are several bars and restaurants offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. The beach of Es Trenc, well known by people visiting Mallorca, is 20 km away. Other beaches worth visiting are Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo or Porto Colom, among many others.
