This property is a lovely apartment completely restored in 2015 with new furnitures, comfortable and relaxing. It is composed from an open space with living / dining room at the entrance, a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and a double bedroom. It's a perfect choice for a romantic holiday with your partner or if you have to stay in the city for business. There is no private parking available, the most recommendable way to visit Alicante is without a car, because all the city has problems all year to park cars, too many buildings, not enough places where to park also motorcycles!

The apartment has an indipendent entrance from the square, the neighbour is one of the oldest of the city, between Plaza de Toros, the Rambla and Santa Barbara Castle. It's very easy to move with public transports, bus and tram lines are close to the place. Walking around the neighbour you can find the Central Market, where you can buy fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables, there is a supermarket for general shopping, and in Plaza de España, in front of Plaza de Toros, you can find bars restaurants and café till the Rambla. the Postiguet beach is at 900 m walking, same distance for MACA and MUBAG museum, two of the most interesting art museums of the city. MARQ is the name of the archeological museum of Alicante, that is at 600 m far from the apartment, walking thru Calle San Carlos. You can visit the Castle of Santa Barbara by the lift available from Postiguet Beach to arrive to the top, then walking down until home, to enjoy of the impressive view of the city. The neighbour you are staying is just beside Benacantil mountain, where the Castle is located. At night you can go walking 300 m to the nightlife area of the city, ever busy till late night all year.
