The sliding glass doors that open to the outside and the high ceilings multiply the space... and your relaxing time! ★ Perfect for remote workers, it includes an office desk, a desk lamp and a computer screen on request. ★ On its TERRACE, enjoy direct sunlight every afternoon. Privacy is assured, as the windows of the opposite building are non-accessible skylights on a high ceiling. ★ Open plan kitchen, dining and living space, heading to the terrace thanks to huge sliding windows that allow NATURAL LIGHT to enter ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. ★ This flat is equipped with an OVEN, DISHWASHER, WASCHING MACHINE, Smart TV with free access to Netflix, satellite dish, and a set of beach desk chairs and beach umbrella, etc. ★ The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with a 150 cm bed and a television hanging on the wall. It also has its own bathroom and an AIR CONDITIONER split. The second bedroom has two single 80 cm beds that can be easily pushed together. ★ The flat is located on the top floor of a 7-storey building, IN A QUIET PEDESTRIAN STREET. This street is 85 metres from the promenade, but it is not on the seafront (the terrace has a partial view of the sea, given its height). At the entrance of the building, to reach the lift there is a ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs next to 5 steps. The lift is small. ★ For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner, in order to allow us to properly maintain the facilities. ★ La PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best city beaches in the world. ★ Oriented to the northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets ever. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast. ★ It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter. ★ At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, we make available to our guests diving masks, umbrellas and beach chairs in all our apartments.
