Our small 30 m2 apartment is located in the ground floor basement of our house and has a separate entrance. Public transport is within a minute walk, hikes start right outside the front door, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores are nearby. The piste of the Bödele ski area is right outside the front door, after an eventful day of skiing you can drive directly to the front door. The apartment consists of two rooms (bedroom and kitchen) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The first room, which you enter through an entrance through the garage, has a small kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, worktop and cutlery, pots etc. available) as well as a dining table with chairs. We have no sink in the kitchen area, but the sink can be used in the bathroom. The main room has a large window and is in sunny weather in the morning until afternoon sunbeams. The view falls into our fruit and vegetable garden and the mountains.

For nature lovers, hikers, winter sport enthusiasts, climbers, paragliders or simply people who seek relaxation in nature, the Bregenz Forest is an optimal destination. We offer you a small cozy apartment, from which you can easily explore the entire area. Hiking on the Kanisfluh? An unforgettable sunset over Lake Constance? Baden on the idyllic Bregenzer Ach? Alpine panorama? The Angelika-Kaufmann Museum? Welcome! :-) We are very keen on nature, a lot in the mountains hiking, climbing, paragliding and swimming in mountain streams - we like to take you into this world and show you the one or other beautiful places in the Bregenz Forest or give you tips where you can go :)

TERRACE: Our large raised terrace and our vegetable garden with views of the beautiful Bregenzerwald can be shared, but there is a floor above you, in our house - tables and chairs are available. Access is through our private living space, usually there is always someone at home, so just ring the bell and our terrace is yours. SURROUNDINGS: The house is located on a road, which is especially on the weekend in nice weather like to ride on some motorcyclists, we are just in the resort area, accordingly loud it can be on the terrace then sometimes. At night, however, there is no traffic at all. The apartment itself is very well protected from noise and is the quietest room in the house.
