Great situation with superb view over the lake and the mountains. Nice neighborhood in a calm setting. Private beach on lakeside, reachable in 5 minutes walk or in 3 minutes by cycle. Niewly built apartment , modern and personalized equipment and furniture. As addition to the description given by Booking, please note the following sleeping facilities: in first bedroom: 1 bed for 2 adults (160/200 cm) and a sleeping sofa for 2 adults (140/200 cm); in second bedroom: 1 bed for 2 adults (160/200 cm). There are also 2 bathrooms with WC, one has apart the shower also a bathtub. The apartment has also 2 terraces and a long balkony. The apartment has been furnished and equiped with love and to fulfill the wishes of the clients. For this reason I expect the guests not only to feel comfortable, but that they also will treat the apartment with respect and care as if it were their own. This is a holiday flat and not a hotel where you can leave everything as you like. A cleaning fee of 70 euro will be charged on site. Booking for at least 7 nights !

The Ossiach resort has shopping opportunities (supermarket), a bank, coffee shops, good restaurants and the famous former abbey with a beautiful church and cultural events (Carinthian Festival in July and August). There are great hiking and biking trails, nature observatories, water sport facilities (bathing, swimming, paddling, canoe/kajak rentals, water skiing, etc.) Also cruising possibility on the lake, gliding activities during nice weather conditions and weekends, international glider championships (airfield in 8 km distance). There is a thermal bath in Villach, good shopping possibilities in Villach (15 km) and Klagenfurt (25 km) where you also find the airport. In winter time you have 140 km of ski slopes at you disposal nearby (Gerlitzer Alp, Bad Kleinkirchheim) with a partly free bus transfer practically from your doorstep (6 times aday). You can also ice skate on the Weissensee.
