ROOMS The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a lift to the entrance. LIVING ROOM The living room has retro 1960’s style furnishings which include a coffee table, sofa, armchair and stools. There is also a bookcase, with television on the right hand side. French doors lead out to the balcony which overlooks the surrounding area. On the left of the space, is a dining table and chairs for 10 people. There is also a classic cream fireplace here, with a mirror above This is a lovely light room, which is spacious and relaxing. KITCHEN Adjacent to the living area, tucked within a delicate white frame and glass panelling, is the kitchen. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need, such as a dishwasher and a coffee machine. MASTER BEDROOM A sophisticated bedroom, with a tall navy headboard, come storage space, behind the king-size double bed. Doors open out to a lovely view of the surrounding area. There is a wooden shelf inbuilt to the navy blue fitting, filled with trinkets and lamps. WC Decorated in a teal green colour, there is a WC and basin, with artwork on the wall. BATHROOM A sizeable bathroom, with bath and overhead shower, basin, cabinet and mirror above. SECOND BEDROOM A colourful child’s bedroom, with a single bed to sleep 1 guest. There is a rainbow coloured rug and lots of toys. There is also a child's single bed, suitable for a child of up to 10 years. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties!
